What Keepit collects

Keepit processes your LINE user identifier, transaction messages, payment-slip images, extracted transaction details, and financial summaries so the service can record and display your personal finances.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide the bot, categorize transactions, read payment slips, calculate summaries, secure your dashboard, and maintain the service. Keepit does not sell personal information.

Service providers

LINE delivers messages to Keepit. When slip reading is enabled, payment-slip images are sent to Google Gemini for extraction. Hosting providers may process encrypted network traffic and stored application data as necessary to operate the service.

Storage and retention

Transactions remain stored until you delete them or request account deletion. Payment-slip image bytes are processed in memory and are not intentionally retained after extraction. Operational logs may be retained temporarily for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

You may stop using or block the bot at any time. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information by contacting the operator below.

Security

Keepit validates LINE webhook signatures and uses signed dashboard links. No system is completely secure; use the service only for information you are comfortable processing online.
